The Leadership Nook didn’t begin as a business.
It began as a pause I didn’t ask for.
After years of leading at a high level, pushing myself to deliver more, support more, be more – I burned out. It wasn’t just tiredness or stress. It was the kind of exhaustion that strips you of your sense of self. I’d spent so long holding space for others that I’d stopped holding space for myself.
And when everything stopped, I had time – not as a luxury, but out of necessity – to reflect.
To reset.
To ask some difficult questions.
I had to re-find myself. Reconnect with what mattered. Re-prioritise not just how I worked, but why I worked. Why I led. What kind of leader I wanted to be – and what kind of life I wanted to live alongside that leadership.
That’s where The Leadership Nook came from.
Not just a coaching practice, but a space – grounded, personal, and intentional – where leaders can take a breath. Where they can reconnect with who they are beneath the role. Where ambition and wellbeing don’t have to be at odds.
So many of us hold space for others – our teams, our organisations, our causes – but rarely create that same space for ourselves.
The Leadership Nook exists to change that.
It’s not about stepping away from responsibility.
It’s about stepping into it differently – with more clarity, self-awareness and sustainability.
It’s about reconnecting not just with how you lead, but why you lead.
Whether you’re navigating change, holding complexity, or simply feeling the weight of it all – you don’t have to do it alone.
This is your invitation to pause. To reflect. To re-centre.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to walk alongside you.
